Penn Avenue Arts Initiative will host its annual "Building Ownership Workshop" on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009, at 6 p.m. at EDGE Studio, 5411 Penn Avenue. This one-of-a-kind opportunity enables attendees to talk with PAAI staff, bankers, architects, business and development specialist, and artists who have gone through the process of purchasing and rehabilitating buildings on Penn Avenue.
