Lawrence Convention Center 1000 Fort Duquesne Boulevard in Pittsburgh. The event, sponsored by the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and free to the public, allows Pittsburgh area students and parents an opportunity to meet with more than 300 national and international, public and private, two-year and four-year colleges, universities, and trade schools.

Students and parents will meet with admission representatives to discuss academics, scholarships, financial aid, student life, athletics, etc., as well as discuss their individual needs with college experts at the fair’s Counseling Center and attend various workshops.

Students should pre-register online (www.gotomyncf.com) and print out a bar code which can be used on-site at the college fair as an electronic ID. Most colleges and universities will have a small scanner at their booth and will collect students’ information by scanning the bar code obtained from the online registration. Pre-registration allows students to spend less time writing out information cards and more time with Admission representatives.

Additional information about the Pittsburgh National College Fair, including directions to the fair, a list of colleges exhibiting at the fair, and tips for preparing for the fair, is available on the NACAC website at www.nacacnet.org, by emailing collegefairs@nacacnet.org, or by calling (703) 299-6856.
