Chicks in the Hood- Urban Chicken Coop Tour

Living in this city, one hears a lot of unusual noises: car horns, sirens, trains, and...clucking? Yes. In addition to everything else Pittsburgh is known for, we now have backyard chicken coops. You can see them for yourself on the self-guided Chicks in the Hood Urban Chicken Coop Tour, which benefits the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank's Urban Agriculture Programs.

Tickets cost only $5 and kids are free. Participants can visit each coop to learn about different backyard sustainability practices!
