Job Fair Preparation

Eastside Neighborhood Employment Center is hosting Job Fair Preparation Month throughout October, to get ready for a job fair to be held at Eastminster Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, Nov. 9.

Job Fair Preparation Month will include free workshops and job preparation coaching sessions, including computer basics, making the Internet work for your career, and building resumes to make you money. Other workshops include “Land the Job: How to Prepare for the Greater East Liberty Job Fair” and “Don’t Fret! Managing Background Issues and Debt.”

Also consider attending job preparation services like one-on-one job counseling and workplace dress and behavior tips every day from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. or Wednesday evenings from 5-7:30 p.m.
