If you need help understanding the form, you can drop by the Eastside Neighborhood Employment Center, 5321 Penn Avenue, on Thursday, April 15, any time between 1 and 5 p.m., and a person from the Census Bureau will be on hand to answer your questions and assist you with filling in the form.
