Proud Hood

Proud Hood (an East Liberty festival of arts and culture, community history, and pride), in collaboration with Art Cubed in Friendship and Lawrenceville, is coming up on June 7! There's still big planning to do for the event, so if anyone is interested in getting involved please read on. Proud Hood is looking for:

* Local artists to display their art (especially sculptures, glass work, or mixed media)

* DJs for outdoor entertainment between street performers

* A film student or someone interested in taking on a video-East Liberty memory-log project to be in the Kelly Strayhorn

* Food and business vendors interested in participating between noon and 4 pm

* Service providers interested in offering information in the East Liberty Presbyterian Church social hall from noon to 4 pm (during the youth talent show)
